Can I get a refund for a Fan-to-Fan resale ticket if my event is canceled or rescheduled?

Canceled Events

We will automatically refund your order amount (except UPS fees) to the method of payment used for purchase.  Due to the unprecedented volume of cancellations, please note that you should expect to receive your refund in as soon as 30 days.   

Postponed Events

When events are postponed or rescheduled, you will be contacted via phone or email with the new event information as soon as we are updated.

If your event is postponed, the event organizer is still trying to reschedule your event; if they do, your tickets will remain good for the rescheduled date.

If your event has been rescheduled and the event’s organizer is offering refunds, this option will be visible under the event in your Moduticket account.

If you see a “Request a Refund” link under Self Service, you are good to go:

If the refund button is not appearing, the event organizer is not offering refunds at this time. Please note that given the unprecedented circumstances, event organizers are constantly assessing the situation and making determinations regarding refunds. If your event is not currently enabled for refunds, check back later, as the status August change.

You will need to contact us to find out if refunds have been approved by the artist, team, or promoter.
